CCY 920

New in 1979, this Ford R1114 was new to Bee-Line, Hartlepool, as AUJ 523T, with a Plaxton Supreme C53F body.  Previously registered Y-0920 on Malta and retrofitted with an AEC AV760 engine.  It also carried the registration CCY 880.

Operating for Ventura Coaches is ACY 914, a 1977 Ford R1114, with Duple Dominant C53F body.  New as NDK 297R to Kenyon, Bolton.

LCY 900

LCY 900 was a Ford R1114, fitted with Caetano Alpha C53F bodywork, new in 1980 to Euro Academy, Croydon, as HAY 800V.  Y-0900 was its' previous Maltese registration.

Ministry of Education/Education Department GVH 134

GVH 134 was a 1978 Ford R1114, fitted with Plaxton Supreme C53F bodywork, new to Bruton, London, SW11 as CBM 294T.  It previously carried Maltese registration M-1591.

This was one of two Ford R1114s operated by the Education Department, the other, GVH 135, in the background.

LCY 874

LCY 874 was a 1978 Ford R1114, carrying a 53 seat Duple Dominant body.  It was new to Hodge, Sandhurst, registered TPC 251S.


By July 2010, it had been replaced by a 1999 Scania L94, carrying an Irizar Century C53F body, new to Bus Eireann, Tralee,  registered 99-D-8473, in whose fleet it was numbered S136.
